MCSE radio network was blinking and not passing data. I rebooted the base station and it cleared up. Noticed a high volume of watchdog errors on T7R4 due to MQTT being enabled but not used. Disabled MQTT and updated OS on T7R4

Removed the rest of the REX sensors and box from T1R2. Also removed the sensors from T2R6. I think that all of the non T7 REX sensors and boxes have been decommisisoned.

replaced T7R4 logger with the one from T1R2. The sensors are now all on C3 instead of on C1, C3 and C5. I've adjusted the program to take that into account. Shields not connected to ground. There are 3 sensors installed. (g, f, e). Sensor f does not respond. Since we have only 3 sensors and 4 SDI12 ports I wired each sensor to it's own SDI12 port.
