Lachat run, GLBRC 2017 microplots. Channel 1 baseline very roll-y and rising when nitroferricyanide reagent is added. Made fresh reagent, changed pump tubes, no change. Then discovered tiny plug in salycilate line where it enters the manifold. Cleaned it out and baseline is back to normal-Cathy Prepared EDTA Reagent (1L) 66 gms ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt dihydrate (EDTA) Approximately 6.1 gms sodium hydroxide pellets ph to 7.00 with NaOH pellets then dilute to volume with nanopure.-Cathy
